General terms and conditions
The rates mentioned above are in €, all taxes included.
Tourist Taxes are to be paid in addition : 1,15 € / adult and per night for the guest rooms 2,53 €/adult and per night for the gîte.
Our bed and breakfast rates include:
- Full breakfast for 1 or 2 persons per room.
- Sheets and towels
- Internet access in wi-fi in all accommodations and common areas
Babies Policy (0 to 4 years old):
- Babies less than 5 years old are welcome free of charge in a room or gîte, with breakfast.
- A cot can be provided in the room on request.
Kids Policy (from 5 to 7 years old):
- Children from 5 to 7 years old can share their parents’ room for an extra charge of 15€ / per night for an extra bed.
- Breakfast is offered.
Kids Policy (from 8 to 15 years old):
- Children from 8 to 15 years old can share their parents’ room for an extra charge of 30€ / per night for an extra bed.
- Breakfast is offered.
Kids from 16 and Adult policy:
- Children aged 16 years and over can share their parents’ room for an extra charge of 50€ / per night for the provision of an extra bed, breakfast included.

Depending on availability, it is possible to add extra nights with an extra charge of:

Additional services
WASHING / DRYING MACHINE: We give you access to the laundry room once during your stay and then 10 euros per machine for any additional washing and drying.
If you wish, breakfast supplement for the gite : 15 €/person and per night
Free for children under 8 years old.
Other activities
Special « Apéro » in the Mas:
A board of cold meats, cheeses salade or gaspacho accompanied by a glass of wine or any other non-alcoholic drink is offered for dinner for 35 € per person. Thank you to order it 24h before your arrival.
Private « Apéro » in the marsh:
We will accompany you by a little car or you can go alone to the hut observation birds in the middle of our marsh. This hut is privatised during your « Apero » ideal for the lovers of nature or symply lovers.
A beautiful board filled with cold meats and cheeses accompanied by a bottle of wine from our local organic producer to finish your evening at the sunset is proposed to you at the rate of 45€ per person.
Bird watching:
Bird watching of 1H30/2H00 at down or at sunset with Jean Yves or Wullie our guard, is offered at the rate of 35€ /person, 50 € for a couple and free for children under 13 years old.
Electric bike rental:
The rental of electric bikes is proposed to you at the rate of 25€ the half day/person and 35€ the day/person.
According to availability if reservation at the last minute
Horseback riding:
We can propose you horse riding with our neighbouring partners a few minutes away from the property.
Animals:
Given our park and the live birds around the farmhouse, dogs are not allowed.
Swimming pool and surroundings:
We are in a very privileged frame drowned in full nature, surrounded by water, pond, stream and swimming pool, it is imperative that the children are under the supervision of their parents or an adult.
The swimming pool is open from 10 am to 7 pm depending on the weather and the season, then closed by a Securit curtain.
Cigarettes:
Our rooms are NON-SMOKING, an ashtray will be at your disposal outside your room.
